Route to Seychelles: Our path was very long.
Leg 1: SFO-DFW-DOH-DXB
Leg 2: DXB-SEZ
Leg 3: SEZ-PRI
Leg 4: Praslin - La Digue (boat)
Total journey was around 36 hours. I have to add our Maldives flight picture and compare it to the two flight pictures to Seychelles, because we (concidentally) were wearing the exact same outfit and sitting in the exact same seats.

The interisland seaplane. It was fun to me, and scary to Wayne and others around us. This is the baby that flew us between the islands. Air Seychelles.
Our flight home was on Etihad Airways. The first leg from SEZ-AUH was not memorable as far as the hard product goes. The really negative and memorable thing was a pair of spoiled siblings throwing tantrums throughout the 4.5 hour flight. After that flight, I'm not sure I want kids....
The second leg was just awesome. Totally awesome! Etihad first class apartments on the A380!!!! Hard work and persistence paid off!

We didn't take too many pictures, but it was one of the best flights we have had the fortune to fly. It's right up there with Singapore Airlines' Suites. During the flight, we sat at the bar area and chatted with a businessman from Taiwan. He flies a lot for work and recommended ANA's first class to us. And if we have the option, preferably on the B787 plane. He also said "you paid for this, enjoy the flight. Get the steak". Total aviation geek, but made for pleasant company.
