Reminiscing Paris

Back in the states and finally getting over the jet lag.  The last couple days were killer!  We flew in Monday evening and I had to go to work on Tuesday morning.  A couple of days off would've been nice, but in the real world, we gotta accrue vacation days.... = (

Some things I realized while in Paris:
- almond croissants is an American thing
- Sonoma seared foie gras is an American thing
- Asians from Asia love their Chanel, LVs, and Hermes (and they purchase these things in cash)
- Madeleines aren't as big there as they are here
- Macaroons are bigger in Paris, more expensive, and BETTER
- Americans can be identified by their sloppy way of dressing (i.e. sneakers, tshirts, and dirty looking faded jeans)
- Parisians aren't into big hulking Venti sized latte cups
- smoking is a way of life
