Day 3 started off with a cup of coffee. So, it took me this long to realize that Cafe is actually a shot of espresso, and deux cafe is two shots of espresso.
Outfit of the day - I look well enough that people at Bally's automatically spoke to moi en Francais, and was surprised that I am not French speaking.
This was our day to explore Paris. We walked by the Seine River, even crossed it to Notre Dame. This was when we realized that the "gypsies" everyone speak of are an actual existence. First, they approach you with a clipboard, asking you to assist them with a petition and "donate" money to their cause. This is the time their friends observe where you keep your money. After all is said and done, the gypsies follow and rob you! I heard these kids are master pick pocketers, so I'm glad I kept a lookout. Further, I heard that if you wear a side bag, they will cut the strap and run off with your stuff!!! Oy, Paris!!!!
Our day walking through the city of lights: First, a picture at Le Louvre. Then to Notre Dame and no, Quasimoto the hunchback of Notre Dame was not there). We then walked to get some Crepes, get some French Steak Tartare, and do some shopping at Galeries Lafayette. We ended our day at a fine dining to celebrate this romantic trip!
Far far away on this path we found towards the Seine River. In the background is Le Louvre.
Notre Dame in the background - it was not as quaint as I thought it would be. There were so many tourists!
Our french crepe snack. French crepe doesn't get much better, and I seriously miss the American's ice cream with crepe.
Another snack - steak tartare at Cafe l'Olympia restaurant
Lastly, we ended our night with fine dining near the Champ Elysee
